By booking an appointment with Blush Beauty Lounge, you agree to the stated policy procedures below. 

Booking Policies

To reserve an appointment at Blush Beauty Lounge, the following policies apply. These guidelines help us protect our team’s time, maintain availability, and deliver the best possible experience to every client.

Booking

A card on file is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged until your service is completed, unless you choose another payment method.*

The card on file is used to hold your appointment and will only be charged if:

  • You cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time

  • You do not show up for your appointment

We allow a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. In some cases, it may be forfeited entirely, resulting in a cancellation fee.*

Forms

All services at Blush Beauty Lounge require completion of the appropriate intake and consent forms before treatment.

Forms may be completed digitally in advance or at your appointment before the service begins.

Clients who decline to complete intake or consent forms will not be able to receive services and will be subject to the cancellation policy.*

Payments

We use a secure booking and payment system for all transactions, appointment reminders, and receipts.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Zelle

If applicable, package purchases may be paid through an invoice.
A small technology fee applies to all credit card transactions, including cards charged on file.*

All services, packages, and retail items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.

*1 — Payment Methods

Blush Beauty Lounge accepts cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Gratuity may be added to a card at checkout or sent through an approved third-party app at your provider’s discretion.

*2 — Cancellation & Rescheduling

To avoid fees, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of the service fee

  • No-shows: 100% of the service fee

*3 — Required Forms

Intake and consent forms are mandatory for all services.
Refusal to complete forms will result in cancellation and applicable fees.

*4 — Card on File

A valid card on file is required for all bookings.
Cards may be added through our online booking system or via phone or digital intake.
All card charges—including cancellation fees—are subject to our standard technology fee.
